Spitzer partnered with Monarch Resource Partners to deliver a coordinated modular compressor station solution for a 30 MMSCFD natural gas compression facility supporting reliable gas gathering and transmission operations.
The project combined engineering, drafting, procurement coordination, fabrication, and assembly support for multiple integrated systems, including separation, compressor manifold and header skids, fuel gas, discharge, flare, station control, and interconnecting process systems.
Delivering Scalable Modular Compression Infrastructure
Natural gas compression projects require close coordination across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and assembly. Spitzer’s modular execution strategy allowed multiple workstreams to progress simultaneously, supporting an accelerated project schedule while maintaining alignment across interconnected process systems.
The facility was developed around a phased three-manifold configuration, allowing equipment to be added, removed, or modified with minimal operational disruption. This plug-and-play approach supports efficient installation, reliable operation, and flexibility for future expansion.
