RESTAURANT PARAMETERS

- The restaurant is set with 300 seats
- There are four separate tiered seating sections and a bar area in the center of the restaurant. Two sections have seating for 75 and two have seating for 60.
- Groups with over 25 guests must select a pre-set menu or work with sales to create a customized menu.
- A minimum of 50 guests are required for a buffet.
- Our non-buyout maximum is 150 guests for a plated function during lunch or dinner, 200 for a cocktail/appetizer reception, or 300 for a "flowing" cocktail/appetizer reception.
- The ideal buyout capacity is 200-700 guests with a buffet setting. Up to 2000 guests can easily be accommodated by adding outside tenting on the north side parking lot.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Personalized Pit Passes are available for your event. The Pit Passes are
lanyards modeled after those found in the racing pits of the Daytona or
Indianapolis 500. They make an outstanding "credential" for admittance
into your event and an excellent memento of the guest's "Race Rock Experience".
Race Rock also offers to logo a race car with your company's logo. These
make a great addition to your event and provide for a great photo opportunity.
